Common Troubleshooting Issues
If you are seeing an error of any kind or can't access the platform normally, then email us at support@erosplatform.com or chat with us. Please insert images of the error, and the link the page is on that the error is occurring. For example:

To get the link, click in the URL bar to copy and paste the page link.
This way we can find the issue and help resolve it for you.
