How to change my membership billing plan

To change the frequency of which you are billed, first you go to your profile area

From here, click "manage my subscription"

You can then click where it says "Eros Platform Membership"

Then click "edit subscription"

In here you can change your credit card information, or change your billing plan. To change your billing plan, go to "CHANGE"

Now you can select the type of frequency you'd like to be billed.

Please note: You can only change your billing at the end of your billing cycle. That means it will go into effect at the end of the month if you are changing from monthly, or the end of the year if you are changing from annual.
